RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have size charts located here (link to https://evo9xstore.com/pages/size-charts), please look before ordering to avoid sizing mistakes.
- Returns must be unworn.
- Customized product cannot be returned unless it is a manufacturer defect.
- Claim must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after receiving the product.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover shipping. Photos must be provided with claim.
- Returns are processed in 3-5 business days after the product is received.
- CLEARANCE products are all sales final and ineligible for return.
- For an exchange of product, please file a claim with our Customer Service Representatives.
