RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY:

We have size charts located here (link to https://evo9xstore.com/pages/size-charts), please look before ordering to avoid sizing mistakes.

  1. Returns must be unworn.
  2. Customized product cannot be returned unless it is a manufacturer defect.
  3. Claim must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product.
  4. Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after receiving the product.
  5. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover shipping. Photos must be provided with claim.
  7. Returns are processed in 3-5 business days after the product is received.
  8. CLEARANCE products are all sales final and ineligible for return.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. For an exchange of product, please file a claim with our Customer Service Representatives.
  2. Claim must be filed within 3 business days of receiving the product.
  3. Exchange product must be unworn.
  4. Customized product cannot be exchanged unless it is a manufacturer defect.
